2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the AI image generation service.
• To manage your account and credit balance.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To improve our service and fix issues.
• To respond to support inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google OAuth: For authentication (email and profile info).
• Google Gemini API: Processes your uploaded images to generate transformed versions.
• Stripe: Processes payments. We never store your card details.
• Supabase: Hosts our database and authentication.
• Amazon S3: Stores uploaded and generated images.
• Vercel: Hosts our application and provides analytics.
• Google Analytics: Collects anonymized usage statistics.

4. Data Retention

• Generated images are automatically deleted after 5 days. Download any images you wish to keep.
• Account data (email, credit balance, purchase history) is retained until you delete your account.
• Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics policies.

5. Your Rights

• Delete your account: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Account page at any time.
• Access your data: Contact us at support@imager.ink to request a copy of your data.
• Data portability: You can download your generated images before they expire.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0), and access-controlled cloud storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

imager.ink is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
