1. Service Description

imager.ink is an AI-powered image transformation service. You upload photos and our AI generates new versions in various artistic styles. The service operates on a credit-based system.

2. Account

  • You must sign in with a Google account to use the service.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to generate images (1 credit per standard image, 2 credits per pro image).
  • Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
  • Each generation consumes credits regardless of whether you are satisfied with the result.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you do not have the right to use.
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the service.
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of images you upload.
  • You own the AI-generated images created from your uploads and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content.
  • Generated images are stored temporarily (5 days) and then automatically deleted.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party service outages. We are not liable for any downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

imager.ink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
